2. Client Responsibilities

Prior to initiating the project, both parties will sign a formal contract. This contract will outline all aspects of the project, including its scope, deliverables, timelines, and any additional terms mutually agreed upon. The signing of the contract is mandatory to ensure clarity and alignment between the client and the service provider.

To ensure seamless service delivery, clients must:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding their project requirements.
Respond promptly to communications to avoid delays.
Agree to a scope of work and timeline before project initiation.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on any project.
Remaining balances must be paid upon project completion or as outlined in the agreed-upon payment schedule. The implementation of the project will begin within 24 to 48 hours after the payment is successfully received. This timeframe ensures that all preparations and initial requirements are met for a seamless start.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing before project initiation.
Refunds for incomplete projects are subject to evaluation based on work already performed.
Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of the website and design files is transferred to the client.
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from the client.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

10. Post-Delivery Responsibility and Finality of Agreement

10.1. Upon the final approval and delivery of the project, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the project has been delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications.
10.2. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and raise any concerns, requests, or discrepancies during the scheduled review stages. Failure to attend the review meeting or provide feedback within five (5) calendar days after the scheduled meeting will result in automatic acceptance of the work completed to that point, and the project will be considered finalized.
10.3. If the Client fails to attend any required meeting, including the initial consultation or intermediate review, and does not respond within five (5) calendar days following the missed meeting, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the project. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for payments already made, including the initial deposit.
10.4. Any changes, modifications, or maintenance required after the final delivery will be treated as a separate agreement and billed accordingly.
10.5. By accepting the final delivery or failing to meet the outlined responsibilities during the project timeline, the Client assumes full responsibility for the project and waives any claims for further work or adjustments under this agreement.
